Auto Repair in West Richland, WA

I have been taking my vehicle here for the past two years after moving away from my long-time shop. They are extremely fair, reasonably priced, and provide information in a way that does not feel like a sales pitch or an upsell. I recently dropped by for a new headlight and was provided one at no charge. Pete stated based upon my loyalty and paying for significant repairs, it was the least he could do. I will keep coming back!

This place is absolutely 💯 the best!! I'm so relieved that the problem is fixed and the repair cost was extremely reasonable . One of the things I love the most about this shop is the communication.. they always call and talk to you before they do anything and they explain everything.. I recommend them to everyone!!

This shop is awesome! The employees are honest and they do an amazing job! They fixed my car after having it in multiple shops over months that couldn't figure it out. I even recommended my mom to this place after they fixed mine, and they did an amazing job with hers as well! 100% recommend!

Pete and Robert at 360 Auto are some of the best folks to work with! I could not recommend this place enough. When my car broke down, they did the full analysis and fixed it quickly during the holiday season. Their work is top-notch and are wonderful to work with. 10/10

While traveling through, a check engine light turned on our vehicle, causing immediate concern as we were towing a horse trailer. After unsuccessfully attempting to contact multiple mechanics, we visited this store in person. Pete's exceptional service was a standout experience. He welcomed us, and efficiently resolved our issue as soon as he possibly could due to our time crunch. Remarkably, he did not charge us for the service, understanding our urgent need for assistance. I was in town due to unexpected circumstances, the alternator went out. Though they were very busy they spent time helping me and got my vehicle fixed in an amazing time. Very friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable.

I want everybody to know about my amazing experience with AJ and the staff at 360. My car broke down and had to be towed to the shop and he got me right in and got my car fixed within a week. It’s an older car, but he got all the parts ordered quickly and the service repair done as soon as he could. My family and I recommend everyone to his shop

I have brought my car in three times now, and every time they blow me away with their customer service and their just general decency! I have never met a mechanic more intent on helping me save money. The first time I brought my car in I had a quote from two different mechanics for $1,200-1,500 to replace a part to fix the car in time for a road trip. 360 Auto looked it over and told me they could repair the broken part for $600. They did it quickly and got me out on time for my road trip. The next two times were very similar. They also have a very useful shuttle service to get me back home and pick me up again. The only downside is that they are only open four days of the week! Wish they were open five days, but every time I have brought in the car they get it out the same day.

This company seems awesome. They have a shuttle service which is really helpful. They got me in last minute before a big road trip. The guy who drove the shuttle had so many great things to say about the company —“best boss I’ve ever had.” The inspection report they texted me was really handy and easy to understand. They weren’t trying to nickel and dime me. I mentioned that I was pretty handy and they said I could save $30 by fixing my taillight myself. That type of service makes me WANT to support them and give them my money. THANK YOU!

If you’re not getting your auto repairs done with 360 automotive in west Richland on Kennedy rd, you’re doin it wrong. The relationship they have with their customers, to the hard work and top notch work ethic the staff has showed on numerous occasions- I couldn’t be more grateful for the time and HOURS they have put in fixing my Yukon. They’re always trying to make it right. 360 auto has helped me unload car seats, taken my vehicle with no appointment dumped overnight in their lot, offered a ride, completed work at no charge…all with compassion in getting me into a running vehicle. I took my 2015 Toyota Corolla in to 360 Automotive to get preventive maintenance done and couldn't be happier with the experience. The pricing was competitive and the quality of work was impressive to say the least. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is such a great place to take your vehicle. I called and they got me in the same day and I had my vehicle The next. They even came and picked me up to get my car. Everybody was very nice helpful and informative. Great place to take your vehicle if you’re having problems.

The staff are all friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was serviced and the issues corrected. Even though my blinker light started to die coincidentally after they had replaced a taillight for me, they replaced the blinker light at no extra charge. Their service was timely, friendly and professional.

They were quick cheap and did quality work. Quoted me 1900 and it ended up to 1500. Saved me a headache and my wallet.

Great reliable repairs on all of my automobiles, very knowledgeable technicians, and very reasonably priced. Reliable, dependable, honest, and trustworthy service on all of my vehicles. They removed and replaced the oil pan and oil pan gasket. They removed and replaced the timing belt cover gasket, the water pump and gaskets, the manifold gasket, the fuel pump gasket, and performed a lube, oil, & filter (5W-20 synthetic blend). They also updated and programmed new software so that the check engine light could be rectified. They also replaced the cabin filter and flushed and changed the antifreeze on my 2014 Kia Sorento. Everything is working great now, with no oil leaks. Thank you!

2/4/2025: Update. Had a stop/start issue on the jeep and they diagnosed quickly and made immediate repairs. Communication was great and overall I really liked this place. I used them recently for the first time. Customer service was really good and keeping me updated on everything was great. They worked on my 2017 Grand Cherokee and got it back on the road again. Even a follow up a few days after service.

I took my car in to get an appointment to fix a headlight plug. Bryan was able to get my car in right then and it was fixed within an hour. I was thrilled! From the initial phone conversation we had concerning my daughter's car, checking on the available for an inspection and quote, and completing the repair, this team at 360 Automotive and Repair had the utmost professional care for us in mind. These guys were extremely communicative, throughout the entire process of getting my car worked on, they were up front about pricing, discounted said pricing when it was less work than they thought. We needed emergency service on our 2014 Subaru Forester transmission due to inadequate maintenance and service performed at the local dealership. 360 performed the repair on the day scheduled. The staff communicated the issues identified during the repair and the potential cost. The no hassle repair was completed on time and within the estimate and most importantly without needing subsequent repairs. Thank goodness for 360.

I head lights that needs to be replaced, they suggested replacing the bulbs first and if I wanted to explore buffing out the lenses we could do that as well, I was extremely happy with the new bulbs, but I did decide to have the lenses buffed out, and after they did both, I have extremely great vision on the car and they had great advice. I appreciate their expertise.

They are pretty expensive, but seemed to do a great job. I got my oil changed, and after I was getting 50 miles to the gallon!

Great staff great work... My only complaint would be that it is so expensive. But on the other hand it's not necessarily their fault. It's going to be expensive anywhere you go. Otherwise I would have gave it five stars

Very friendly staff, great rates and the quickest turn around time I've had from a shop. I usually have a diagnosis within a few hours of bringing it in, both times the work took 2 days. Will continue to use these guys 👍
