Your Role
You’ll tackle both electrical and mechanical repairs across a variety of domestic and imported vehicles. Partnering with our service advisors, you’ll communicate efficiently to resolve issues and keep projects on track. Success in this role hinges on your ability to combine speed, precision, and a commitment to quality.

Service Advisor
We are excited to welcome a positive and motivated service advisor to our team. We have a proven track record of a stellar culture and maintain a constructive environment. As a result, our team is stable with exceptionally low turnover.

You will be the customer's knowledgeable and friendly guide. As such you will be informing the customer of their options and enabling them to make the best decision. Your ability to build trust with customers establishes long-lasting relationships. You will have room to grow both professionally and financially.
What You Bring
Automotive Experience: At least 1 year in a service advisor, parts, or technician role.
Willingness to Learn: We’re open to training the right candidate.
Automotive Knowledge: Understanding of general automotive principles and functions.
Communication Skills: You’re clear, professional, and customer-focused.
Documentation Skills: Able to create accurate, detailed service records.
Time Management: You stay organized and on schedule.
Positive Attitude: You bring good energy to the team.
Your Role
As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring appointments. Efficiently dispatch vehicles to the appropriate technicians. Effectively notate the vehicle’s condition, communicate the cause for that condition, communicate the correction for that cause, and confirm that the condition is fixed. Ensure proper communication with technicians to foresee potential issues and meet expectations.
