Quality service from a professional shop!

I called 360 Automotive on Wednesday May 20th to schedule an appointment for a Check Engine Light. Phil scheduled me on Friday the 22nd before Memorial Day weekend. By noon on Friday Phil called to give me the diagnosis and the required repair, which I approved. By noon on Tuesday the 26th Phil called to inform me that my car was ready to be picked up. I can't express enough how thorough they were to diagnose my concern and even more so with the very quick turnaround. I have been driving my car now for two weeks and very satisfied. I want to thank Phil and the entire team at 360 Automotive for a job well done! I highly recommend 360 Automotive for your automotive repairs and services. And no, I'm not being compensated for this review!

Absolutely amazing service. I was stuck and they did everything as quickly as possible and very thorough. If I lived in the area they'd have my service all the time!

I have been taking my vehicle here for the past two years after moving away from my long-time shop. They are extremely fair, reasonably priced, and provide information in a way that does not feel like a sales pitch or an upsell. I recently dropped by for a new headlight and was provided one at no charge. Pete stated based upon my loyalty and paying for significant repairs, it was the least he could do. I will keep coming back!

I had a great experience at 360 Automotive. Wayne and the other staff were fantastic. I was on a road trip when I realized my headlight was out. While I was driving, my husband called ahead to inquire about installing new bulbs. When I got there, Wayne was expecting me. I left the car there and one of the mechanics gave me a courtesy ride to my Dad’s house. The car was ready the next morning, even though I had showed up without an appointment. He even noticed and replaced a license plate lightbulb at no charge. I would bring my car here anytime.

This place is absolutely 💯 the best!! I'm so relieved that the problem is fixed and the repair cost was extremely reasonable . One of the things I love the most about this shop is the communication.. they always call and talk to you before they do anything and they explain everything.. I recommend them to everyone!!

This shop is awesome! The employees are honest and they do an amazing job! They fixed my car after having it in multiple shops over months that couldn't figure it out. I even recommended my mom to this place after they fixed mine, and they did an amazing job with hers as well! 100% recommend!

Pete and Robert at 360 Auto are some of the best folks to work with! I could not recommend this place enough. When my car broke down, they did the full analysis and fixed it quickly during the holiday season. Their work is top-notch and are wonderful to work with. 10/10

Great auto shop (and Pete was great to work with). A local dealership had recommended I replace my brakes. I asked 360 Automative for a second opinion and it was encouraging to hear that I still had some life left on the brakes. Will definitely be back!

I honestly cannot recommend 360 Automotive enough. I was having issues with my Toyota Highlander having random alarms. It was a problem I definitely needed fixed because it would alarm randomly and even in the middle of the night (neighbors probably weren't too happy). Whenever I go to a regular mechanic, if they can't fix the problem they recommend that I go to the dealer. So I figured why not cut out the middle-man and go straight to Toyota. Huge mistake. I basically paid Toyota $240 (diagnostic fee after tax) for them to do no work and no definite diagnosis. I mentioned to them that from everything I read online it was most likely the hood latch. They insisted that it was no the hood latch. Anyway, long story short, out of desperation, I took it to 360 Automotive because I couldn't just let this problem persist. I honestly thought they wouldn't figure it out because even the dealer couldn't figure it out. But they did figure it out and it was 100% the hood latch. So they fixed it and my problem is resolved. So the next time I ever have a problem I'll cut out the middle man, Toyota, and go straight to the real experts. And I've gotta say Wayne and the entire staff at 360 Automotive were awesome!

Sorry for the late review. I took a 1998 Dodge Dakota truck in for a clicking noise that I heard when turning sharply right. I believed it to be a bad CV joint. One of the cool things these guys do is completely inspect the vehicle, alerting you to anything else that might be wrong. Not only did they find that I didn't have a bad CV joint, but the clicking was simply a tire weight on my 4x4 truck tire that was contacting the frame in sharp turns. These guys fixed the problem, changed out my oil, and gave me a complete health report of my vehicle for no extra charge. I appreciated the honesty and integrity of these guys, and I recommend them for any auto repair you might need!

While traveling through, a check engine light turned on our vehicle, causing immediate concern as we were towing a horse trailer. After unsuccessfully attempting to contact multiple mechanics, we visited this store in person. Pete's exceptional service was a standout experience. He welcomed us, and efficiently resolved our issue as soon as he possibly could due to our time crunch. Remarkably, he did not charge us for the service, understanding our urgent need for assistance. His honesty, kindness, and trustworthiness, combined with his helpfulness, make this establishment a top choice for anyone seeking reliable automotive service.

I was in town due to unexpected circumstances, the alternator went out. Though they were very busy they spent time helping me and got my vehicle fixed in an amazing time. Very friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable.

I want everybody to know about my amazing experience with AJ and the staff at 360. My car broke down and had to be towed to the shop and he got me right in and got my car fixed within a week. It’s an older car, but he got all the parts ordered quickly and the service repair done as soon as he could. My family and I recommend everyone to his shop

I have brought my car in three times now, and every time they blow me away with their customer service and their just general decency! I have never met a mechanic more intent on helping me save money. The first time I brought my car in I had a quote from two different mechanics for $1,200-1,500 to replace a part to fix the car in time for a road trip. 360 Auto looked it over and told me they could repair the broken part for $600. They did it quickly and got me out on time for my road trip. The next two times were very similar. They also have a very useful shuttle service to get me back home and pick me up again. The only downside is that they are only open four days of the week! Wish they were open five days, but every time I have brought in the car they get it out the same day.

10/10 experience. I called to ask for a quote for getting my hood open after the lever and latch have been broken, and a gentleman named Wayne Conner helped free of charge. He did a great job, super funny and explained the issue to me in a simpler way than most mechanics around. 100% coming here again and recommending this place to family and friends

10/10 great people working there. The guy I saw, I think the owner, helped get my hood open when it was stuck for months free of charge. Super nice and funny and explained the issue in simple enough details that were easy to understand. Will be recommending this place to friends, family and coworkers

This company seems awesome. They have a shuttle service which is really helpful. They got me in last minute before a big road trip. The guy who drove the shuttle had so many great things to say about the company —“best boss I’ve ever had.” The inspection report they texted me was really handy and easy to understand. They weren’t trying to nickel and dime me. I mentioned that I was pretty handy and they said I could save $30 by fixing my taillight myself. That type of service makes me WANT to support them and give them my money. THANK YOU!

I was up in the tri cities for a family situation. Long story short I was borrowing a car from family back in Portland because my personal car was in the shop getting fixed in Portland. While I was up here the car I was borrowing had it’s check engine light on. Not knowing any reputable mechanics on this area because I live in Portland I was told auto 360 on Clearwater was the place to take it! I explained the whole situation I had going on that this was only a loaner car to me and I needed to get it checked out. They were very attentive and listened to me and thoroughly checked the out the car. They did track down the suspected issue and gave me recommendations to get it back to Portland safely. Overall wonderful people and I would highly recommend trusting them with your car needs

Tyler at 360 Automotive really came through for us! He was able to fit us in within 24 hours for a prepurchase inspection on a used car we were considering. They did a really thorough job checking everything out for us and helped us make a good decision on whether the car was a good fit for us in the long run. Easy to make payment and provided a digital copy of the inspection results for us to review. Though the comprehensive inspection was about $200 more than we were quoted by other mechanics, we would highly recommend them as it was by far the most thorough we've seen and we appreciated their feedback and expertise. Well worth it!

My 2009 Nissan had knocking sounds. They quickly gave me a diagnosis with a fair estimate cost. The staff at the desk Wayne was super friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends.

360 automotive took excellent care of my Volvo. It had hit an icy road and destroyed the steering rack and pinion and they had it fixed within a week and had it calibrated and alignment taken care of. I only have foreign vehicles and I will continue to use them for my vehicles care. Wayne had outstanding customer service. Pleasure doing business here.

If you’re not getting your auto repairs done with 360 automotive in west Richland on Kennedy rd, you’re doin it wrong. The relationship they have with their customers, to the hard work and top notch work ethic the staff has showed on numerous occasions- I couldn’t be more grateful for the time and HOURS they have put in fixing my Yukon. They’re always trying to make it right. 360 auto has helped me unload car seats, taken my vehicle with no appointment dumped overnight in their lot, offered a ride, completed work at no charge…all with compassion in getting me into a running vehicle.
